McGinnis is
a long-time oil and petroleum industry expert having been actively
engaged in refining projects and operations for the past two decades.
He served most recently as Vice President & General Manager
for El Paso Corporation's Aruba Refinery where he was responsible
for the operation of a 260,000 barrel-per-day (B/D) refinery with
600 employees and 1,000 contractors.
Prior to El
Paso, McGinnis held various positions with Aux Sable Liquid Products,
Orion Refining Corporation, TransAmerican Refining Corporation,
Imperial Oil Limited and Exxon. Highlights include: oversight of
El Paso's Aruba refinery sale to Valero, operation of the largest
NGL plant in North America, oversight of Orion's $1 billion expansion
and restart of a 155,000 B/D refinery in Louisiana and oversight

firm Pegasus Quality Consulting.
"Having
Glenn at the helm of the Arizona Clean Fuels is invaluable as we
move forward through the permitting phase of the refinery project.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in refinery operations
and start-ups that only a handful of people in the world possess.
We believe that his leadership will serve to accelerate the project
so we can begin supplying gas and diesel to Arizona's growing market
quickly," said David Treanor, VP of Arizona Clean Fuels.
"This project
is a real opportunity for me to utilize my experience and background
for the benefit of the shareholders and future employees of Arizona
Clean Fuels and for the people of Arizona and Yuma County. I look
forward to working with all levels of government and the local citizens
to make this refinery a reality," said McGinnis.
